Today is our beloved Lolo (Grandpa)’s birthday. He would’ve been 84…but he passed away in 2006. We all miss him so much. We find our peace and comfort that our loving grandpapa is now free from all the pains and he is now resting in the bosom of our Creator.
Yet, we cant avoid the fact that we constantly miss his jokes, he laughs and yeah the great food that he used to cook! Our prayers are always with him.
We love you so much, Lolo Rene! Happy Birthday! Enjoy your celebration up there =)
The little Creamie Babe asked her Mamita….
“How do I get to the US Embassy, Mamita? I need to get a visitors visa to visit Mommie (Mrs Blueberry)”
Bear in mind…she is just 4…*laughs* smart lil girl.
There were a shower of blessings for bunana shake fam this Holy Monday. First, our grandma is out of the hospital. She is recovering, but all her vital signs are stable. She needs to take lotsa rest. The whole family is doing their share in taking care of her. We owe it all to the powerful prayers…Our Lord listened…
Then, our little creamie babe graduated Nursery with flying colors…”Best in Science” awardee and Top 6 Achiever in her class! Whoa, we’re all so proud! She looked so pretty in her red dress. Below are some of the photos taken during her graduation/recognition day.
Last Saturday, Mamita noticed ol’ grandma’’s eyeglasses on the floor. Afraid that she might step on it, Mamita went to pick it up. She accidentally brushed on her hand and that’s when she knew, grandma isnt asleep. She was unconscious. Her nails and lips were blue. They rushed her to the hospital.
On the hospital, they were told that Grandma’s without a pulse for 20 minutes already. The doctors were able to put her back to consciousness,Thank God! She was placed in the intensive care unit for 24 hours for further observation. She’s got an ischemic heart,you know… ( that means, some portions of her heart doesnt receive proper oxygenation due to blockage of vessels)… We are all nervous!
But prayers are so powerful. Now she is out of the ICU and is resting on her private room. The cardiologist told us that she is now stable.
We are thankful for all the prayers! We still need more,though…
